Julia Raiskin

Julia Raiskin is the Asia-Pacific Head of Investor Sales & Relationship Management at Citi Markets and Securities Services.
In this role, Julia is responsible for achieving and maintaining a market-leading position across all Citi capital markets products in the Asia-Pacific region. She manages a diverse, regional network of sales teams, with a strong focus on both flow and structured transactions for institutional and retail clients. She also partners with Citi Private Bank to offer bespoke capital markets solutions to ultra-high-net-worth investor clients.

Julia was previously Citi’s G10 Rates Sales Head for APAC and Japan. She joined Citi in 2008 as Head of Retail Structured Products Distribution in Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining Citi, she worked at Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan in London. In her various sales roles, she covered both the investor and corporate sides, serving retail and institutional clients.

Julia holds a doctorate in Law from Oxford University. She was a Rhodes Scholar and holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University.

Kevin Teng

Marina Bay Sands

Kevin Teng is the Executive Director of Property Development and Sustainability at Marina Bay Sands. His role includes leads the planning and construction of capital projects that propel the resort into the next stage of growth. He also spearheads the industry-leading Sands Eco360 sustainability programme that covers resource management, sustainable food and procurement, and stakeholder advocacy.

Prior to opening Marina Bay Sands in 2010, Mr. Teng lived, worked, and studied in Las Vegas, Dubai, Hong Kong and London. He has a master’s degree from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelor’s degree from Duke University. In his free time, he enjoys giving back to the community with various charity organizations and is an active member of the Aspen Institute.
He resides in Singapore with his wife, two daughters, and welsh corgie, Bella.

Gerard Ee

Gerard EE spearheads Beyond Social Services, which rallies different segments of our society to look at our social challenges, especially those found in Singapore’s public rental housing estates. Beyond Social Services facilitates community-building in low-income neighbourhoods to create a nurturing environment for children and youth to grow into confident, caring people who have the opportunity to pursue their aspirations and give back to their community.

After 30 years of service as a youth worker, family therapist and community-builder, Mr Ee is a firm believer that social work is not simply about problem-solving but is a peace-building process that engages people to be a little kinder, fairer and more cooperative.

Purandar Rao

With close to 22 years of experience, Purandar specializes in M&A transactions across the globe, having served clients spanning Europe, the Americas and Asia.

Purandar has assisted clients in Singapore and throughout Asia on deal structuring, due diligence, working capital and related financing analysis and accounting consultations. His due diligence experience has spanned various industries including consumer products, food and beverage, manufacturing, technology, health care and pharmaceuticals, media, financial services and other sectors. Purandar has led more than 250 cross-border due diligence engagements globally.

Purandar is a non-practicing member, Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and practicing member, Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, the US.

Sophie Mathur

Sophie is a Partner and one of the Global Co-Heads of Innovation at Linklaters, a global law firm.

The Financial Times named Sophie Legal Innovator of the Year (Asia Pacific) in 2017. Sophie is on the Steering Committee of the Future of Law Innovation Programme (FLIP). FLIP is a Singapore government initiative that encourages technology adoption across the legal industry.

Sophie is passionate about helping people fulfil their potential and is one of two partners responsible for running the training programme for all new Linklaters partners globally. She is an active sponsor and participant of mentorship programmes and through a collaboration with Empact, is a mentor to a female founder of a social enterprise.

She is also on the Board of Advisors of the Law School of the Singapore Management University.

Sophie is the mother of energetic and hilarious twin kindergarteners and spends her free time trying to keep up with them.

A Singapore permanent resident, Sophie has a BA in law from Oxford University.
