Julia Raiskin is the Asia-Pacific Head of Investor Sales & Relationship Management at Citi Markets and Securities Services.
In this role, Julia is responsible for achieving and maintaining a market-leading position across all Citi capital markets products in the Asia-Pacific region. She manages a diverse, regional network of sales teams, with a strong focus on both flow and structured transactions for institutional and retail clients. She also partners with Citi Private Bank to offer bespoke capital markets solutions to ultra-high-net-worth investor clients.
Julia was previously Citi’s G10 Rates Sales Head for APAC and Japan. She joined Citi in 2008 as Head of Retail Structured Products Distribution in Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining Citi, she worked at Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan in London. In her various sales roles, she covered both the investor and corporate sides, serving retail and institutional clients.
Julia holds a doctorate in Law from Oxford University. She was a Rhodes Scholar and holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University.

With close to 22 years of experience, Purandar specializes in M&A transactions across the globe, having served clients spanning Europe, the Americas and Asia.
Purandar has assisted clients in Singapore and throughout Asia on deal structuring, due diligence, working capital and related financing analysis and accounting consultations. His due diligence experience has spanned various industries including consumer products, food and beverage, manufacturing, technology, health care and pharmaceuticals, media, financial services and other sectors. Purandar has led more than 250 cross-border due diligence engagements globally.
Purandar is a non-practicing member, Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and practicing member, Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, the US.

Sophie is a Partner and one of the Global Co-Heads of Innovation at Linklaters, a global law firm.
The Financial Times named Sophie Legal Innovator of the Year (Asia Pacific) in 2017. Sophie is on the Steering Committee of the Future of Law Innovation Programme (FLIP). FLIP is a Singapore government initiative that encourages technology adoption across the legal industry.
Sophie is passionate about helping people fulfil their potential and is one of two partners responsible for running the training programme for all new Linklaters partners globally. She is an active sponsor and participant of mentorship programmes and through a collaboration with Empact, is a mentor to a female founder of a social enterprise.
She is also on the Board of Advisors of the Law School of the Singapore Management University.
Sophie is the mother of energetic and hilarious twin kindergarteners and spends her free time trying to keep up with them.
A Singapore permanent resident, Sophie has a BA in law from Oxford University.
Dr Chua Yang

Dr Chua Yang is an obstetrician and gynecologist practicing at Mt Alvernia Medical Centre. She graduated from the National University of Singapore and is a fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists (UK) as well as the Academy of Medicine, Singapore. She also holds graduate diplomas in acupuncture and in mental health.
Yang is the founding director and head of women’s health for Global Clinic, a non-profit organization representing medical and dental doctors who volunteer their time and resources to provide healthcare services in remote areas around the world.
She is a past President of the Asia Pacific Menopause Federation and past president of the Menopause Research Society of Singapore. She is the medical advisor of “Woman to Woman” Menopause Support Group and has also served on the councils and committees of the Obstetrical & Gynaecological Society of Singapore, the Academy of Medicne O&G Chapter as well as the Association of Women Doctors (Singapore).
Yang is passionate about preventive medicine and health education. She spends time speaking at public forums, health talks and has written a regular column for Health No. 1 Magazine about Health and Happiness.
Kelvin Ang is currently senior dealer at a top bank from the Middle East & Africa region. In this role, Kelvin supports and implements the Singapore branch’s asset-liability management and funding strategy, and ensures compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
Kelvin was previously Group Head of Treasury & Corporate Finance for Sembcorp Marine Ltd, where he was primarily responsible for all banking relationships, debt financing and equity fund raising. Kelvin led a team that closed the maritime industry’s first SORA-based sustainability-linked financing facility in 2021. He started his career with DBS Bank as a Management Associate and was a recipient of the bank’s Chairman Recognition Award.
Kelvin is a CFA charterholder and holds a B.Eng (Hons) from the National University of Singapore. As an advocate of lifelong learning, Kelvin is currently completing a Master of Professional Accounting under a SMU Masters ASEAN Scholarship.
Outside of work, Kelvin is an avid footballer and father to a rather energetic young boy. An active volunteer, he is currently Assistant Honorary Secretary of the Singapore Athletic Association and devotes time to several grassroots organisations that serve the community in his neighbourhood.

Liz Perlman is the Director of Global Business Strategy and an active member of the Advisory Board for Stuart Levine & Associates LLC, an international management consulting firm. She is responsible for the development of online content, identifying strategic business partnerships and new global opportunities. Liz previously worked for Bloomberg LP, and was a highly recognized Sales Associate for the New York Hedge Funds and CitiGroup accounts.
Liz is a committed philanthropist and has dedicated her time and energy towards volunteering with hospitals and not-for-profits. She champions the well-being of children, young mothers and the underserved population.
Liz is happily married and the proud mother of two wonderful young children. She is a graduate of The University of Michigan where she earned a BA in English.
